Shipping policy

All our products are handmade and the whole production process takes places in-house. To ensure the products are as fresh as possible when you receive them, products are made in smaller batches and / or close to when they are ordered. Because of this, orders may take a little longer to be dispatched however we will act in good faith to dispatch orders within 5 working days (Monday - Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. During busy periods, response and shipping times may take a little longer than usual, but we will endeavour to reply to all queries within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience.

DELIVERY

We want to give our customers the best experience possible and therefore may update the services we use to ship our items, the changes will be reflected in the information below.

Our UK and EU deliveries are sent using DPD and Royal mail and we use DHL for all International orders. Please note: orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the next working day. If you have an issue or delay with your delivery, please contact connect@aloeandwax.com.
